Feb. 10 (NBD) -- The MICHELIN Guide launched the first version of MICHELIN Guide Chengdu in January, celebrating the creativity, inclusiveness, and heritage of Sichuanese cuisine. 

In this video, chef Zhang Shengyue of Bib Gourmand restaurant Chen Mapo Tofu shares the authentic recipe of the iconic spicy numbing tofu, and one-star annointed chef Chen Tianfu explains his philosophy of fine food.
