July 4 (NBD) -- RiseSun Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. (002146.SZ) signed contracts for a total building area of 987,200 square meters in June 2018 with contract value totaling 10.77 billion yuan (1.62 billion U.S. dollars), representing a year-over-year growth of 100.16 percent and 84.75 percent, respectively. 

For the first half of this year, the real estate developer accumulatively inked contracts for a building area of around 3.85 million square meters with contract sales hitting 40.10 billion yuan (6.02 billion U.S. dollars), up 48.22 percent and 46.76 percent from the same period of time last year, respectively.
