Starbucks is reportedly exploring options for its Chinese operations including the possibility of selling a stake in the business. When contacted by NBD, Starbucks China provided a statement of the chain's global spokesperson's statement, "We are fully committed to our business, partners (employees), and long-term development in the Chinese market. We are actively seeking the best growth pathways, which includes exploring strategic partnership opportunities."
