Great Wall Motors, a Chinese automaker, is planning to enter eight new European markets, according to Sina Tech citing a source familiar with the matter.  

The eight new markets include Italy, Spain, Portugal, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria, and Switzerland. Great Wall Motors' overseas brand, GWM, has already started land and sales planning in Europe and is selecting a location for a research and development center.
