Doubao PR Head Liu Xing has dispelled recent reports claiming the AI assistant slashed half its dialogue team.

The update was an internal structural realignment affecting a 50-person Session team—11 members were reassigned to Doubao's transaction and workplace teams to optimize dialog experiences, with only 3 departures.
