Feb. 3 (NBD) -- As of February 2, 13:00, the number of people in line for refunds in the Blizzard Game Service Center's refund channel has exceeded one million.

Previously on February 1, the official Weibo of NetEase Blizzard Games Customer Service Team released the "NetEase Blizzard Games Product Operation Expiration Open Refund Instructions".

NetEase Blizzard Games Customer Service Team announced that the "World of Warcraft", "Hearthstone", "Overwatch", "Diablo III", "Warcraft III: Remastered", "Storm Heroes", and "StarCraft" series of products (hereinafter referred to as "Blizzard Game Products") operated by Shanghai NetEase Network Technology Development Co., Ltd. in the Chinese mainland officially ended operations on January 24, 2023 at 0:00.

From 11:00 a.m. on February 1, a refund application channel was opened for players who had already recharged but not consumed virtual currency or unexpired game services (hereinafter referred to as "refundable goods").

The deadline for submitting a refund application is June 30, 2023.Players who have not submitted a refund application before the deadline will be deemed to have voluntarily waived their rights.
