July 10 (NBD) -- RiseSun Real Estate Development Co., Ltd (RiseSun, 002146.SZ) announced Tuesday that its controlling shareholder RiseSun Enterprises Holdings Limited and second largest shareholder RiseSun Constructional Engineering Co., Ltd. pledged 53 million shares in RiseSun last Friday.

As of July 6, the two shareholders and the party acting in concert have held a total of 62.19 percent stake in RiseSun, 40 percent of which had been pledged, according to RiseSun's company filing.
