CHENGDU, Feb. 15 (NBD) -- Chinese leading fashion retailer Bosideng announced to exit the UK market, stating an uncertain future concerning Brexit as a cause.

The company closed its London flagship store located on South Molton Street and shuttered e-commerce operations in the country as well, in January. 

UK market was Bosideng's first major attempt in global expansion, however its overseas strategy went not as smoothly as expected. Its UK buying and designing teams were made redundant in 2014, bringing its UK manufacturing to an end.
