CHENGDU, Jan.11 (NBD) -- Beijing Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development said on Monday that housing sales have slowed down since October of last year.

The fourth quarter sales of 2016 stood at 69,600 units, a drop of 28.4% month-on-month. It signifies that Beijing's commercial property market is gradually "back to normal".
