CHENGDU, Jan. 9 (NBD) -- Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport said last Friday that it will add "security check for male only" and "quick pass for health workers and patients carrying medical apparatus", during China's traditional Spring Festival starting from end of this month. 

It is estimated that 2,840,000 outbound tourists are to depart from the airport during Spring Festival. 

The airport plans to add the "security check for male only", which is available to male travelers with fewer personal items, and the "quick pass for health workers and patients carrying medical apparatus" in a move to shorten time costs for security check.
