CHENGDU, Jan. 6 (NBD) -- 108 PPP projects have been signed in Henan province, central China recently, attracting a total investment of 380 billion Chinese yuan (55 billion US dollars).

Those projects mainly cover major municipal engineering construction, transportation infrastructure, city water supply and waterway regulation. Companies participating in the investment include China State Construction, Power Construction Corporation of China, China Energy Construction and Environmental Protection Group and Beijing Orient Landscape, according to Xinhua report.

During promoting project cooperation, Henan province has been developing a complete working mechanism containing online supervision, administration program, classified operation procedure, joint project review and comparison & selection upon competitiveness. Such mechanism is built to ensure a healthy and rapid progress of PPP projects.
