At the World Governments Summit 2025 in Dubai, Alibaba's co-founder and chairman Joe Tsai confirmed their partnership with Apple. Tsai stated, "Apple needed a local partner in China for their services. After talks with various companies, they chose us. We are honored to do business with such a great company."
