On April 20, NIO officially released a video demonstrating the “autonomous battery swap” feature on their official Weibo account. Car owners simply need to park their cars in a designated spot next to a battery swap station. It can autonomously complete the battery swap process. However, NIO has not yet announced the exact release date for this functionality.
