JD.com (NASDAQ: JD), a leading supply chain and technology company, on Monday announced that it will increase the annual average salary of over 20,000 frontline customer service employees by more than 30%, effective February 1, 2024.

This year marks the 12th year that JD.com has continued to deliver goods during the Spring Festival. Over 10,000 customer service employees will also be on duty, providing professional and attentive services to users during the Spring Festival. JD.com will provide free "family visit rooms" for the relatives of on-duty customer service employees in Suqian, Chengdu, and Wuhan, and organize a series of Spring Festival activities such as writing Spring Festival couplets, making dumplings, and New Year's Eve dinner, so that they can reunite with their families and celebrate the Spring Festival.

JD.com Logistics to Provide Delivery Service for the 12th Consecutive Year

Over 2,000 districts and counties in China and many consumers around the world will be able to place orders and receive goods normally even on New Year's Eve and the first day of the Lunar New Year.

On January 18, JD Logistics announced that as the main force of Spring Festival logistics services, it will continue to provide delivery service during the Spring Festival for the 12th consecutive year. Consumers in over 2,000 districts and counties in China and many parts of the world will be able to place orders and receive goods normally even on New Year's Eve and the first day of the Lunar New Year.

On January 17, JD.com Logistics also announced that in order to fully meet the delivery service demand during the Spring Festival holiday, the express business will charge a peak season resource adjustment fee of 5 yuan/parcel from February 10 to 17, 2024.
