After completing the registration process in August, Moutai Goldenstone Fund finally made its first investment.

NBD learned that it invested in Chengdu Taiheweiye Biotechnology, a company that focuses on intermediates that protect amino acids and peptides. The company has raised a total of 500 million yuan in two rounds of financing within half a year.

Moutai Private Equity also recently established a new wholly-owned private equity company, Moutai (Beijing) Private Equity Fund Management. The company is headed by Xia Dingli with registered capital of 50 million yuan. Its business scope includes the management of private equity investment funds and venture capital investment fund management services.
