December 29 (NBD)-- On Wednesday, the 2022 Chinese Listed Companies by Brand Value Blue Paper was jointly released by National Business Daily (NBD) and the Center for Globalization of Chinese Enterprises, School of Economics and Management, Tsinghua University, during the 2022 Chinese Listed Companies Summit.

The Top 100 Global Listed Companies by Brand Value is an addition to this year's Blue Paper, which was based on Tsinghua University's CBRC brand evaluation method.

A total of seventeen Chinese listed companies made their way into the list, with combined brand value reaching 1.3402 trillion US dollars, accounting for 15.1% of the total brand value in this ranking.

It is noted that Chinese companies have an edge in online retail, finance, and internet sectors. But there is also room for development in electronics and equipment manufacturing, drinks, and catering sectors, explained Zhao Ping, head of the above-mentioned research center.
