July 10 (NBD) -- Poly Real Estate Group Co., Ltd. (600048.SH) announced Tuesday that for the first half of 2018, it achieved contract sales of 215.31 billion yuan (32.50 billion U.S. dollars), up 46.86 from a year ago, and the building area sold accumulatively was around 14.54 million square meters, representing a year-over-year increase of 37.93 percent.

In June, the Guangzhou-based real estate developer reported 60.19 billion yuan (9.11 billion U.S. dollars) in contract sales with the building area sold being about 4.28 million square meters, delivering a rise of 57.97 percent and 57.19 percent, respectively, from the same period of last year.
