July 2 (NBD) -- China Nuclear Engineering Corporation Limited (CNEC, 601611.SH) announced Saturday it will issue convertible bonds of no more than 3 billion yuan (453.5 million U.S. dollars) to inject cash to its four PPP projects in central China's Hunan province.
According to another announcement of CNEC, its fully-owned subsidiary China Nuclear Industry Zhongyuan Construction Co., Ltd. plans to transfer 100 percent stake in a Chongqing-based real estate company for no less than 230 million yuan (34.8 million U.S. dollars).
