June 13 (NBD) -- Zhejiang Century Huatong Group Co Ltd (002602.SZ), a China-based maker of plastic spare parts for automobiles, said in a filing Tuesday it plans to buy a 100 percent stake in Shengyue Network Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., the operating entity of China's leading online game company Shanda Games.

The deal sends a signal that Shanda Games is on its way back to the A-share market.
