June 7 (NBD) -- China's largest optical film supplier Kangde Xin Composite Material Group Co., Ltd. ("Kangde Xin", 002450.SZ) has signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with China Communications Construction Company Ltd. ("CCCC", 601800.SH), the company said in a filing Thursday. 

Under the terms of the agreement, the two companies will establish a strategic partnership and will conduct all-around cooperation in Kangde Xin's projects like advanced polymer materials industrial park, aeronautical composite materials industrial park, and carbon fiber composite materials as well as in the fields like general aviation, wind power, smart city, and emerging smart display technology.
