June 4 (NBD) - Goertek Inc (002241.SZ) said on Sunday that apart from partnership with Oculus and Xiaomi, it is also cooperating with Qualcomm. Besides, the company has collaborated closely with Google and Amazon in intelligent hardware domain.

But Goertek said it wasn't involved in the development of Xiaomi's new standalone headset Mi VR.
