May 31 (NBD) -- San'an Optoelectronics Co., Ltd (600703.SH) announced Thursday San'an Group increased the stake by 0.51 percent of the capital stock of the listed company for 420 million yuan (65.5 million U.S. dollars).

After the transaction, San'an Group will hold 341 million shares in San'an Optoelectronics, accounting for 8.37 percent of the capital stock of the listed company.
