Oct. 25 (NBD) -- Recently, the first business license has been issued to a foreign-invested enterprise, according to the Market and Quality Supervision Bureau of Jinjiang District in Chengdu in southwest China. The restaurant Yoshinoya (Chengdu Zongfu Chain) has completed its business license registration online.
Guided by the principle of "internet-based governance", Chengdu government rolled out online business registration services in the whole process from October 1 of this year, which is also a vital move to advance business systematic reform.
The registration platform can automatically generate documents like articles of the association and resolutions of shareholder meetings after required information is submitted. Moreover, the platform is highly intelligent, which can guide applicants through the whole process of registration, thus it frees applicants from unnecessary documentation and frequent revisions.
"Online registration represents the trend of future governmental approval process. It's very efficient and we can do it anytime anywhere. The documentation will be pre-qualified online first and Business licenses will be issued on scene as soon as the paper works submitted are approved."
"We are committed to push forward the application of "internet-based governance", so that more people can share the fruits of reform." said an officer in the Market and Quality Supervision Bureau of Chengdu Jinjiang District.
