CHENGDU, Feb. 10 (NBD) -- French luxury brand Hermes released its gross revenue of 1.5 billion euros (1.6 billion US dollars) for Q4 of 2016, according to its fiscal results of the quarter Wednesday.
With Hermes strong growing momentum in European and Japanese markets, as well as sound performance in Chinese Mainland, the figure of 7.6% growth year on year stands a bit higher than previous expectation, of which the leatherware sales increased by 8.5% and its scarf business soared by 11% after hitting the lowest.
Other luxury brands, Burberry, Salvatore Ferragamo, HUGO BOSS, report to have retained good sales in Chinese Mainland market, according to their latest quarterly results.
