CHENGDU, Jan.16 (NBD) -- Business conditions in China is improving after three years of downturn, according to China Enterprises Development Report 2017.

Published by the Enterprise Research Institute under Development Research Center of the State Council, the report also points out that the performance of 27% enterprises is "good" and 20.6% "unsatisfactory".

The "good" advances the "unsatisfactory" by 6.4 %, hitting a three-year-high.
