CHENGDU, Jan. 6 (NBD) -- China is to promote non-fossil energy scale development through constructing major hydropower and nuclear power projects, steadily exploring renewable energy sources including wind power and solar power, according to National Energy Administration of China.

During the 13th Five Year Plan period, the total investment in renewable energy resources will reach 2.5 trillion yuan (364 billion US dollars). Marketization process in natural gas sector will be advanced comprehensively. Initial installation charge should be canceled in regions where necessary conditions are satisfied.
