The big data industry in China will keep its rapid growth in the coming 5 years, according to a white paper on China's big data trading industry.

According to the white paper, with the implementation and promotion of supporting policies, the industry scale of big data is likely to surpass 1.36 trillion yuan (196 billion US dollars).

Some analyst said, big data resource, big data storage and operating maintenance, application of big data analysis will be the key development directions of big data industry during the 13th Five Year Plan period. These three sectors will be the pursuit of venture capitals and bring about long-term investment opportunities.
