CHENGDU, Dec. 15 (NBD) -- China's central province Anhui is to shake up prices in fully competitive fields and key segments by 2017, according to an implementation plan recently released.

The Implementation Plan on Promote Price Mechanism Reform is the first of its kind ever published at the provincial level in the big agricultural province.

Speaking at a press conference, Tao Fangqi, chief of Anhui provincial Price Bureau, said that the plan is to further invigorate Anhui's economy, and delineated timetable, roadmap as well as implementation plan for the price mechanism reform.
