On June 30, UBTECH announced the pricing of its ultra-bionic humanoid robot U1 series at its 2026 global launch event, where multiple robots were showcased.

The robots demonstrated capabilities such as blinking, head movement, and dancing. Zhou Jian, founder, chairman, and CEO of UBTECH, revealed that orders for the U1 series have exceeded 10,000 units.

In terms of pricing, the U1 Lite is set at 119,800 yuan, the U1 Pro at 169,800 yuan, while the high-end U1 Ultra is priced at 990,000 yuan (about $145,000) for the male version and 880,000 yuan for the female version. The pricing announcement drew widespread surprise from the audience.
