Reports suggest that Xiaomi will expand the scale of its second EV factory under construction in Beijing. Last year, Xiaomi acquired a 53-hectare plot in Yizhuang for 842 mln yuan to build the facility, set to start production mid-year. An adjacent 52-hectare plot will be added for the expansion.
