Production and sales of cars in the Chinese market are expected to stand at 1.783 mln and 1.941 mln units in January of 2020, down 24.6% and 18% year on year respectively.

In specific, the production and sales of electric vehicles are expected to be around 40,000 and 44,000 units, down 55.4% and 54.4% respectively, estimated the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers.
