Pop Mart, known for its collectible toys, has applied to register "Lafufu" as a trademark for fitness equipment. This comes after "Lafufu" became a widely discussed pirated version of the popular "Labubu" character. A source at Pop Mart confirms this is a defensive move to combat infringement.
