Dec. 17 (NBD) -- Liu Chuanzhi, 75, founder of China's leading PC maker Lenovo, will stand down as Chairman of Lenovo's parent company Legend Holdings Corporation (03396.HK) on Wednesday (December 18), according to media reports. 

Zhu Linan, 57, will also announce his retirement as president of the Hong Kong-listed investment holding company. 

Ning Min is expected to succeed Liu Chuanzhi to take the helm of Legend Holdings. Ning, who joined the investment holding company in 1991, now serves as senior vice president, chief financial officer and executive director, in charge of the company's capital operation, risk control and auditing, as well as the operation and management of financial investments.  

In response, Legend Holdings said that matters required to be disclosed shall be subject to the announcement. Reports said an official announcement is predicted to be released after Wednesday's trading session.
