Korean tourists are flocking to China this summer, with Inner Mongolia's Ordos becoming a hotspot. At the Yinken Tala Desert in Ordos, 82 futuristic "space pods" hidden deep in the sands are fully booked — mostly by Korean groups. Staying one night, watching the sunrise and sunset from your pod, then stepping right into the wild desert have become a must-do for Koreans. August is sold out, and 120 more pods are now under construction.
