An art exhibition jointly launched by Centre Pompidou of France and a Shanghai-based company will open to visitors on Nov. 8.
The exhibition, "The Shape of Time," will display more than a hundred pieces of artwork from Centre Pompidou, according to the company, Shanghai West Bund Development Group Co., Ltd.
The event will be held at the West Bund Museum in the city and is scheduled to last until May 2021, the company said.
More than 20 exhibitions and events will be held from 2019 to 2024 in Shanghai and Paris, featuring art and cultural programs and aiming to present the comprehensive evolution of modern art between the 20th and 21st centuries, the company added.
Centre Pompidou, which was inaugurated in 1977, is one of the most popular cultural venues and one of the most visited monuments in France, according to its official website.
