July 9 (NBD) -- Chinese property developer Greenland Holdings Corp Ltd (600606.SH) has inked a cooperative agreement with the government of Zunyi in southwest China's Guizhou province to invest over 50 billion yuan (7.5 billion U.S. dollars) in domains such as culture, sports, tourism, healthcare, and technology innovation city construction.
