July 6 (NBD) -- Chinese LED glass substrate producer Tunghsu Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd. ("Tunghsu Optoelectronic Tech", 000413.SZ) announced Friday its subsidiary, the robot maker Sanbot Innovation Intelligence ("Sanbot"), entered a framework agreement with a purification equipment firm Yangzi Water, in a bid to forge cooperation in the field of OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) robots.

Pursuant to the agreement, Yangzi Water also agrees to purchase 10,000 robots for business purpose from Sanbot.
