July 4 (NBD) -- China Minsheng Banking Corp Ltd (600016.SH) said Wednesday its shareholder Hexie Health Insurance Co., Ltd. has transferred its 417 million A-shares in the bank to another shareholder Anbang Life Insurance Co Ltd. 

In separate announcements, the bank noted it has received resignations of board directors Yao Dafeng and Tian Zhiping and supervisory board member Cheng Guoqi, all of whom are candidates nominated by the bank's largest shareholder Anbang in the previous election. Yao is serving as vice president of Anbang Insurance Group Co Ltd.
