July 3 (NBD) -- Shanghai Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Park Development Co., Ltd. (600895.SH) announced Tuesday that it has received a Notice of Admission for Registration from the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors (NAFMII), whereby the NAFMII has given its consent to the registration of the company's medium-term notes.

According to the Notice, the company's medium-term notes carry an registered amount of no more than 1.3 billion yuan (195.5 million U.S. dollars), and the registration quota stands valid for a period of 2 years starting from the date of the issue of the notice.
