June 22 (NBD) -- Dr. Peng Telecom & Media Group Co., Ltd. ("Dr. Peng", 600804.SH) announced Friday a partnership agreement on cloud network and smart cities with Tangshan Financial Holding Group lnc (Tangshan Financial). The two parties plan to invest in industry funds involving big data and digital China strategies.

According to the announcement, Tangshan Financial will become a strategic shareholder of Dr. Peng in due course.
