June 18 (NBD) -- Han's Laser Technology Industry Group Co., Ltd. (002008.SZ) said last Friday the company has signed a cooperation agreement with Shanghai DEMC Automotive Equipment Manufacture Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hubei-based intelligent automation equipment system developer Huachangda Intelligent Equipment Group Co., Ltd. (300278.SZ). 

The two companies will set up a joint venture by combining their expertise in laser technology and robotic welding automation, so as to expand their cooperation in the area of robotics and industrial laser processing.
