June 11 (NBD) -- China Fortune Land Development Co Ltd (600340.SH) Saturday announced a equity incentive plan under which it will issue a total of 118 million common shares to 133 senior executives and core cadres through private placement.

The value of stocks to be issued account for 3.98 percent of the company's total share capital.
