June 1 (NBD) -- Inner Mongolia Yili Industrial Group Co Ltd (600887.SH) announced that the 2017 annual meeting of shareholders was held on Thursday. Pan Gang, chairman and CEO of the company, presided over the meeting. The annual results for the year of 2017 and other documents were passed at the meeting. 

In the day trading on Thursday, Yili stocks once jumped to the limit-up and closed 9.96 percent higher, with the trading volume surpassing 8 billion yuan (1.2 billion U.S. dollars) and net selling via the Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect worth 137 million yuan (21.4 million U.S. dollars).
