June 1 (NBD) -- Shanxi Securities (002500.SZ) disclosed Friday in a filing that its controlling stakeholder Shanxi Financial Investment Holdings Limited bought 1.04 million additional shares via auction trading, about 0.0368 percent of the listed company's total capital stock.

During the consecutive six-month period starting from the date of the aforesaid stake increase, Shanxi Financial Investment Holdings Limited plans to increase its stake in Shanxi Securities through purchasing no more than 10 million shares (including the newly bought 1.04 million shares), which will account for 0.354 percent of the latter's total capital stock.
