CHENGDU, Feb. 14 (NBD) -- Beijing is experiencing a boom in individual applications for new-energy vehicle quotas. 

Data shows that the number of new-energy vehicle quotas applied and confirmed to be extended has reached 42,384 in the city as of February 8, accounting for 83 percent of the city's total for individuals for the whole year of 2017. 

Results of applications will be announced at www.bjhjyd.gov.cn on February 25.
