CHENGDU, Dec. 13 (NBD) -- China has ruduced or exempted 16 different kinds of immovable property register fees to ease register applicants' burdens, according to a Notice jointly issued by the country's National Development and Reform Commission and Ministry of Finance.

The Notice on standards of immovable property register fees, has discharged 8 kinds of immovable property register fees, halved 4 and another 4 kinds only charged 10 yuan (about 1.45 US dollars) as commission fee.  

The implementation is estimated to save 500 million yuan (about 72.37 million US dollar) for immovable property register applicants nationwide per year.
