On March 4, 2024, Country Garden Group held its monthly group management meeting to analyze recent market trends, discuss delivery and business operations targets, and formulate development strategies for the next phase. The meeting was attended by Yang Huiyan, Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of Country Garden Group.

Country Garden emphasized that delivery is the bottom line that the company must firmly hold. According to the data, in 2023, Country Garden delivered a total of over 600,000 units, with a total delivery area of 71.62 million square meters, covering 249 cities in 31 provinces across the country. The delivery volume ranked first in the third-party list. According to the plan, Country Garden's delivery volume is expected to exceed 480,000 units in 2024.

Mo Bin, President of the Group, stressed that orderly resumption of work is the most important task at present to ensure delivery. It is reported that Country Garden's projects in Guangdong, Shandong, Hubei, Shaanxi, Guangxi and other places are gradually resuming work.

Recently, the coverage of the real estate "white list" has been continuously expanding. As of March 3, 2024, a total of 217 projects of Country Garden Group have been included in the "white list", and the number has increased significantly. Some projects have already received loan approval from banks. After entering the "white list", the company's relevant projects are expected to receive more support, which will help to promote delivery, asset revitalization, and improve the sustainable operation capacity of the projects.

Recently, Country Garden Holdings announced that the company and its subsidiaries, together with its joint ventures and associates, achieved a total contracted sales amount of approximately RMB 3.72 billion and a contracted sales area of approximately 370,000 square meters in February 2024.
