"On November 28, we lost a dear teacher and friend, Charlie Munger, a legendary and wise centenarian, a symbol of wisdom and foresight.

Munger is one of the greatest investors of our time, setting an enduring standard for the investment industry. He is also a generous philanthropist who has made outstanding contributions to education, healthcare, culture, and scientific research.

Munger has always been a strong advocate for the Chinese market. In 2008, we were fortunate to have his endorsement, and Berkshire Hathaway became a major shareholder in our company. This was the first time our company had been recognized by an international top-tier investment institution, which boosted our confidence and inspired us to stay true to our commitments in the new energy vehicle sector.

We offer our deepest respects to Mr. Munger. His wisdom and spirit will live on in our hearts."
