Chinese pharmaceutical company Changchun High & New Technology (000661.SZ) fell to the down limit on the afternoon of Wednesday, setting a record low in the past year. In response, the company said its operation is normal and the reason for the stock price plunge is unclear. 

Recently，a list of the fourth batch of central procurement of drugs of Zhejiang Province is circulating online, which includes human growth hormone. It is noticed that Changchun High & New Technology also makes human growth hormones. When reached by NBD, the drug purchase office of Zhejiang confirmed that the document was issued on May 31st and that the attachment was a procurement list. But the specific content of the list needs to be consulted with the relevant business department. As of press time, NBD called the drug procurement department many times but no one answered the call.
