After frequent overseas expansion last year, the Company is likely to build its own factory in Europe and establish a solid sales and distributor network as well as service centers.

It is worth noting that BYD seems to prefer to build its own factories rather than acquire and refit old ones. This means that BYD is actively exploring the direct production and sales of overseas markets, taking an important step towards brand internationalization.

Acquiring and modifying old factories may save some time and cost, but it may also lead to unstable product quality due to mismatched production lines, thus hindering the control of brand quality.

In the fiercely competitive international market, BYD needs to make the details of its products perfect in order to make its brand stand out.
